A dynamic and fluid combination of strengthening and stretching, ESSENTRICS® is a unique full-body workout. ESSENTRICS® Release Rebalance + Restore is a 1 hour workout that gently releases tight muscles, rebalances joints, and restores the entire body. Relieve pain and regain your flexibility and mobility while slowly building strength and reawakening the power of your 650 muscles. You’ll feel healthier, younger and more energized!
Class is done barefoot. Any necessary equipment (mats, cushions, therabands) are provided.
